Business plans are used for both brand new businesses, or for existing business that want to expand and maintain profitability and efficiency in operations. A business plan helps set guides for operations when you start, and to ensure that you get the most bang for your buck.
Each participant will leave the event with a business model canvas, business plan template, and other useful handouts!
